Directions to heat and savor: Microwaves in 2-3 minutes! 

Keep frozen until ready to heat. Heat for 2 minutes on high. Stir the oatmeal. Heat for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes (depending on microwave wattage) or until heated through. Allow to rest 1 minute.
